Jump for Joy

You may read more about this piece and others on the above site. Text doesn't always have to be used simply to explain something such as a label, poem or quotation. Here the artist is using text as a visual/design element as well as for its literal interpretation. I find this piece has a lot of energy, and communicates "joy" very effectively. I also think the artist could have made this piece without any text and still be able to communicate "joy".
